In NC, if you want to buy cigarettes, you need to be 18.

Aloha,Depends on the actual verbiage of your Rental Agreement, but "NO Smoking" means no smoking...of cigarettes, pipes, lawful medical marijuana (they can get edibles), ditchweed, or any other tobacco products, and they would be in violation of the terms as stated.

In some cases it can be worse than cigarette smoke.

They also will claim they smell smoke from cigarettes. 

But you know what -- joke as we may, none of us tossed it.Some even set it out on their desk with what must have been some measure of pride, small as it might have been.So yah, none of us could take it to the store to buy cigarettes, and we couldn't melt it down into a gold nugget that would let us retire, and we all had a good ol' time joking about it, and I doubt any of us worked any harder for the Man over it.

I'm currently living in a multifamily house hack so I'm personally dealing with guests almost daily -- I've had a couple issues recently about trash duty (guest refused to take it to the curb), litter and cigarette butts left around the property, laundry room left open and not cleaned... 

I don't do drugs, I don't even smoke cigarettes, no pets...

2-You turn the pool equipment off and the water needs replacing because the filter didn't go on for so long it all went green, you pay. 3-That grease and sludge all over the brand new cabinets and glass that you STILL haven't removed after numerous requests...that ain't regular wear and tear.... you WILL be paying for the repairs. 4-No more cigarette butts or dog poop on the front lawn, egress, driveway, etc.5-Keep the intake grates on the A/C clean.

Doesn't mean cigarettes are the next superfood.

I feel more confident in the RV park because I see the need in our area.The convenient store is more questionable to me, due to expense of building it, and the limited customer base, which is 3 mobile home parks right next door with total lots at approx. 175 when parks are full.Our thoughts are from just the 3 parks tenants buying cigarettes, liquor and snacks, that would add to the RV customers, but not much other traffic coming in, would it be possibly enough customer base, but that's our question, if that will be enough.
