I personally love the mid-century modern 'sensibility' but having a hard time convincing my client that it would be a worthwhile investment.It's a hi-rise apartment unit being sold in "vintage" condition - the kitchen is original from 1964, even the oven!  

I know it's taboo to work with multiple agents, though, so as an FYI, I am currently working with an investing agent with Century 21 in SLC, but so far they are only sending me multifamily properties.

Not to any surprise, Century 21 had the top agent and the #1 agency spot for dollar volume and units listed/sold.  

If you look up one of the large national brokerages such as Keller Williams or Century 21 for example, you may find 70 or more agents at a single office. 

Any other East Bay-ers out there with ideas....Have a line on a great mid-century house that needs a good $200k to get it totally polished.

I also just finished my 75-hour class with Kaplan Real Estate and took a job with Century 21 Sbarra & Wells in Johnson City.

The process with these latest 2 was great using Century Revitalization Group to buy and rehab the property and then Decas group is managing them and currently trying to place tenants for me.  

I would bet that the concept began in the 13th century when the Allodial system of land ownership was adopted.

Real estate is a social business, not a widget business.That's why we have special laws in real estate, our legal system in this industry goes back to the 13th Century!
