Hi everyone! My name is Melissa and I'm currently an owner of a multi-family property in Rochester, NY. Our family moved to Ithaca, NY where we are currently exploring the possibility of finding and purchasing another multi-family property here. I'm also in the process of taking my 75-hour Real Estate Salesperson course to learn more about the business and possibly begin a career in real estate in NY.
