I live in the Las Vegas market and have investments and a real estate brokerage in Henderson.

You'd be surprised to learn that someone living in a rental or apartment, that has a family and is a successful small businessman, has the money and is willing to take that deal.

I live outside of Charlotte in a small town called Denver (of the East).

In Florida where I live that amount is the first $50,000 for a married couple are exempt.So to put all that into action, let's say the previous owner paid $100,000 for the property 20 years ago and lived in the property.
