Another thing you should do is to have a website that is entertaining and linked at various sites.  

CSLB has a lot of complaints, and there is a slim to zero chance they will entertain complaints from an unlicensed activity.

My wife and I have been entertaining a vacation property in Eastern Tenn or NC.

I tried contacting any FSBO in these areas but out of all the people I contacted, none of them was willing to even entertain the idea of seller financing.
