I am a Registered Nurse, married with five kids, two teenagers and 5 year old triplets.

I have lived all over the world but my favorite as a adult was :  My Victorian Hobby farm in NY along the shores of Lake Onterio, for 14 yrs I lived happily where i raised one obnoxious precious teenage girl who is no longer with us and 3 horses, chickens, peacocks, ducks, dogs and cats. 

But the issue is i have no idea where to start i want to take advantage as being a teenager and having freedom and get good at real state and learn more about it .

Because teenagers can be unpredictable sometimes, and strain your nerves--which might lead to less than "Just Business", and more like "Just Dad".And a Lease might take that flexibility away from you.Just my 2 cents.

Im 38 and have two teenagers.

I don't dress inappropriately/talk like a teenager and I spend majority of my time researching real estate so I know quite a bit but I don't want to feel belittled anymore because of my age.

From that point on I was hooked on the idea, it took me longer than it should have to make the leap and get started but now I own several rental properties in the DFW market and my only regret is that I didn't take Robert Kiyosaki's advice when I was a teenager and do it then!

@Yan Gao  we have done this a few times for 6 months or longer with young kids and teenagers, not sure which is harder.
