Should we put our own child on lease?

We bought a house for our daughter to live in while at college.  She will have three roommates that will be paying rent.  Would it be at all beneficial to list her on the lease?  Or just stick to the tenants that are actually paying rent?

Yes...a recent thread someone realized they were inelligible for a 1031 exchange because a fair rent wasn't charged. So add her to the lease and rent it to her. If you want to gift her the same amount back each year then do that, but create the trail of her paying rent.
