Newbie investor introduction

Ben Shapley
Posted

Hello!

My name is Ben Shapley. I am a Registered Nurse, married with five kids, two teenagers and 5 year old triplets. I am looking to get into investing in real estate so that I can have more time with my wife and children.

My goal is to invest in my area, Southeast Houston, League City, to begin with and will probably to LTR to start. I am currently in the self education/introduction phase of investing and hope to buy a property within the next two years. I would love to be able to quit my regular job so that I can be there with my children for all their activities.

I am looking forward to learning about real estate here and gaining freedom to be with my family.
