This is the DE wording in 4603(b)(3), the Delaware Fair Housing Act: (3) To make, print or publish, or cause to be made, printed or published any notice, statement or advertisement, with respect to the sale or rental of a dwelling that indicates any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, marital status, familial status, source of income, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability, or an intention to make any such preference, limitation or discrimination.

It's interesting that if you did this (discriminate against those who exercise their constitutional rights) about someone's religion, let's say a dangerous one, you pick it, and all hell would break loose.  

Your personal bias argument is the same one used by lots of people when they want to minimize another group, usually coupled with "Those people" and grouped by race, religion, etc.

It's unfortunate that there are so many of the fear based naysayers in your life; perhaps you guys could stick to safer conversation topics like politics or religion ;) I think the biggest risk is doing nothing and working until you're 65+, or worse yet getting laid of in your late 50's and not being able to find another job.

I'm not religious, nor am I espousing any religion, but:"Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference".Anything I do is not going to change whether the economy takes a dump or not.

Thanks for your response here, and while it might seem strange not to put the 10% of charity towards our own future, we actually made that decision based on religions reasons.

Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom to pretty much do whatever we want within the confines of the law.

I wouldn't recommend that anyone copy my path any more than I think you should convert to my brand of religion.
