P.S Having a goal to be retired by 40yrs is epic!...

I started on that track, then stopped when I hit some epic tenant disasters and am now getting back on track.

I didn't see anywhere on their site where it said "X amount of postcards cost X amount of dollars"Also, any company in 2017 that doesn't have a mobile optimized website is an EPIC FAIL!

Cash flows are mostly negative and it’s the most unaffordable market in the world and it’s a bubble of epic proportions.

We turned a closet into a bathroom, a study into a bedroom, added a brand new kitchen, refined flooring, opened top the space by cutting out a wall and adding an eating space, handmade radiator covers, restored historic stained glass windows and an epic fireplace! 

Dear fellow investors-I am putting together an epic marketing plan to distribute letters to a couple lists.My question is in your years of experience, is sending a campaign by depth (An initial letter followed up by a series of 4 more letters) or width (a mass amount of letters sent once) more successful in converting leads into deals?

It's the truth of it, most agent suck, epically.

I see a lot of potential here (Apple announced & bought land for a new campus, Epic Games is also building a new campus here). 

You will see if the tenant is going downhill early (before the epic destruction phase) and be able to reinforce any rules.

If they are close to an epic crash, it could leave another "once in a lifetime window" for investing.
