When looking at my tax return from my CPA, the losses and gains show up on Form 4797 (Part I for the losses and the gain in Part III).I noticed that the loss from Part I was shown on schedule 1 line 4. and helped zero my taxable income in Form 1040 line 15 (I had a negative total income on line 9 and 11).

I also dont think people are so sensitive that they cant have a legitimate conversation about how new border plans can effect real estate investments along the border. 

Must be licensed and have somewhat of an online presence.

You should NEVER use an online template as most of those are easy to trample if need be.

Private lending platforms and some online real estate networks also list these types of cash-only opportunities.

Now they write the offer and send it online.

I am very weary of online places because it is very hard to vet out a company.

We have lots of automated processes - All online rent collections, inquiries, signature requests, and late fees.

So if you look them up online you will see the owner is a Wyoming LLC, then you go try to look up the owner of the Wyoming LLC and you won't find it.

So a ways off from posting my mid-term rental online.
