Options for cash only passive RE investments
I am new to RE investing, and hoping to tap the collective power of this awesome group in starting my RE journey. Due to personal faith based reason, I prefer to only invest in all cash deals that don't involve traditional financing (so typical passive RE options like syndications, RE funds with fixed returns, REITs etc are not a viable option for me). Besides buying turn-key properties with all cash (from the likes of REI etc), are there any other passive RE investment opportunities that will fit this criteria ? I have heard that land/house flippers some time look for cash investors as these are generally all-cash deals. Is that true ? Where do I go about finding/vetting such investment opportunities ?
Preference is cash-flow, but open to appreciation/equity plays as well. Open to most types of RE including land/SFH/MF/Commercial RE as long as its mostly passive, and can meet most investment minimums/accredited investor.

@Muhammad Kashif to avoid interest related transactions:
1) Buy & hold rentals - you make your money back via rental payments.
2) Funding flip deals - instead of lending at an interest rate, you could lend for a percentage of the profits on the sale.
