While I currently do not own any properties (I rent, no need for a home when its just me and two cats), I consider myself a quick learner, coachable and reliable to those I consider a part of "the team".

There are also great resources on Youtube if you are more of a visual learner!

I'd consider it ideal for a do-it-yourself style learner because there wasn't any face to face lectures.
