New REI looking to get into Small Multifamily

Hello All, 

My name is Felix and I am new to BP Pro. I currently reside in Phoenix in the Arcadia area and am looking to learn more and get into small multifamily real estate. While I currently do not own any properties (I rent, no need for a home when its just me and two cats), I consider myself a quick learner, coachable and reliable to those I consider a part of "the team". I am not only looking to be financially free, but also surround myself with like-minded individuals and maybe pick up a mentor or two along the way. I have taken a 90-day challenge upon myself to scale to my first property hopefully by Q1 2024; I am hoping to connect with as many energized, disciplined and motivated individuals as possible to learn, network and grow. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants, working out, hanging out with my cats Tiger and Loki and cheering on the Steelers (Go Yinzers!) Looking forward to connecting.
