But what if they HATE everything new con, what if there hobby is lake front luxury, and they have gone to every home show, fished every lake, for decades?

This is a small small cabin but in a great location if you love to get off the grid and go fishing.

I also think he needs another hobby like mission trips, sportscars, or fly fishing but that's my opinion. hahaYou could hire a maintenance/handy man in your market that understands real estate.

I just spent a week fishing north of Bozeman and the average sale price for an SFR right now in Bozeman is 500 to 700k which is a city house on a city lot.. 

If you go to a pacific base buy an offshore fishing boat or a Harley.
