These are actually the diamonds (imo) they generally are owned by individuals and self managed.

@Michele B "Screech" (Dustin diamond) from that show saved by the Bell moved to a smallish town around here too!

I will probably go ahead and do a walk through with the owner for at least practice and to make sure I'm not missing the hidden diamond.

If you dont care about the color, John is right.Try looking for a MK Diamond wetsaw used from the rental department at HD.

That being said if after contacting realtors and finding what the market is like for rentals in the area your interested in and it's consistant not seasonal (snow birds) and everything else checks out then you may have found a diamond in the rough.

Obviously, there was hidden intent there to raise their credit so they can afford the $20,000 diamond advance training. 

There is a diamond somewhere in these states, and I am willing to work to find it.
