The property consists of a home on small acreage that myself and 2 siblings inherited. My question is, on the Quit Claim deed not sure if I am supposed to list myself and the other 2 siblings as grantors or since I am only deeding my 1/3 share I should list only myself as grantor and myself and relative as grantees thus dividing my 1/3 share between the 2 of us equally.Advice is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.FD
