Christmas is a craft.  

The first year we had rental houses (4 of them) I gave $50 gift certificates to tenants as Christmas presents.Did it stop them from moving (some without adequate notice) or, in some cases, paying the rent late? 

Everyone that specializes in the Jacksonville market knows how tough finding good deals has been in recent months.But Christmas 🎄 has come early for me.I thought I was dreaming at first when I found this Riverside 3/2 SFH listed on Zillow for 75k.

I am going to be setting aside a comfortable amount of money into a dedicated bank account for my parents to purchase their "forever" home in Richmond, VA at Christmas this year. 

Winter months are difficult especially around Christmas/ New Year.

I'm south almost to Portland, but have been looking near your neck of the woods as we explore Camano and surrounding areas to book a vacation rental large enough for an extended family Christmas getaway.  

I actually went to a party years ago where my friend, who was renting, stuck a Christmas tree up the fireplace and set it on fire...the party was a lot of fun but I don't need that craziness going on in my rental...
