Hey guys,Is Investor Carrot still the go to site for building out investor websites or are you guys using something else?

But for those who demonstrate the discipline the power of the deferred tax is a pretty compelling carrot. 

I put carrots and mushrooms and onion on top of that.

I'd like to explore Carrot a bit more at some point.

I hate that I tried to chase the carrot trying to think investing in a real estate note would be easy and stress free, but I would rather take investing in my own backyard and controlling costs/screening tenants.
