Tell them your plan and they should be able to lay it all out for you in one phone call.It's way better to have professionals who you can turn to, rather than try to learn everything yourself.

What is even better is vertical format 4K video and drone footage that can be clipped for phone social media formatting. 

You could also call a couple of contractors on the phone and get rough sqft pricing from them for roofing, siding,  painting etc. like how much the averages costs are per square (100 square feet) and square foot .
