I'm located in fresno ca.I have a tenant she hasn't paying 3 months her lease ends at the end of January she is running a nail salon at the garage she painted the walls an inside looks like a nail salon, we already dropped 3 days notice as well with a 60 days notice at the end of November she claims she has covid but she lying she is just taking advantage of the stupid eviction moratorium, I will file an eviction on Monday but I was wondering what your opinion and may be you can suggest a lawyer here in fresno , I have all on video about the nail salon!!

The good news associated with this annoyance, @Jeff Parkin, is that it will muddy the water and make it more difficult to tell real from fake, which will eventually make it more possible to find deals lying right under your nose . . . on the open market.
