We live in the world of entitlement mentality, and even though my lease clearly states "as is" at move it, I'll still keep the peace by handling trivial BS that the tenant could easily deal with.

Their mentality: Why buy an apple when you can buy a candy apple for the same price...BOA will give you everything that sold in that area going back several months to a year.
