Reject Applicant score?

Just used NTNonline and ran a credit, eviction and criminal background check.
The 3 plan on renting the house together we have for rent.
Well 2 of the potential tenants got a 93 and 96 score, the other got a 68 score.
The one with the bad score said it exceeds requirement on time at the job,
as well as income and time at current residence.
How could they get a 68 score and rejection letter?
I already verified there work and income with pay stubs going back many months.
Should i not worry about the score or what? shows no eviction or criminal background for them.
It has a bankruptcy back in 2003 and some dispute on there as well.
Guess it's time to start calling previous landlords or something.
On our lease application she only put down her current place.
As well she used her emergency contact as previous address as well was all.
Hope someone can help me figure this out,Thanks

Are these tenants related or just 3 individuals you are going to allow to rent a unit as roommates? If just roommates - you are opening a rather large can of worms. One individual will pay their rent and say the roommates don't have theirs. You then have to evict them all for non-payment of rent. If related - you have a better situation that you can do further checking on. If unrelated - my recommendation would be for you to disapprove all three. It is better to leave it vacant than to put the wrong people into your property - have them tear it up and you get stuck with eviction costs as well as repairs to the unit.
