I know people make fun of the name, but it is a US arm of a Mexican company pronounced "Beem-bo" which there, has innocent, childlike associations, hence the little bear "mascot".Once a tenant, he may even bring you freebies from the plant!

My thought is you need to be there during the inspection ( just like people do when they buy their personal resi's and walk around with the inspector and see whats a major item and what is minor and just basic up keep... like the pictures of the plants around the house that's ridiculous just cut them back etc etc.Its how your seller deals with this is what one would want to know.

Short answer---it depends....and GOOD QUESTION.http://www.bankrate.com/finance/home-equity/heloc-...HOWEVER, I know of a few people that have a HELOC only on their property instead of a primary traditional mortgage and they don't seem to suffer from utilization issues.I've also heard that revolving lines above $50k in size do not affect credit scores in the same traditional way a credit card would....probably because such a large credit limit is probably a HELOC.I'm following this thread and if no one knows for sure I'll do some more research as I also want a definitive answer.

I've seen where furniture and plants have been photoshopped into an empty house.....essentially virtually staging it......but it is always disclosed that the home is actually empty, and this is a depiction of what it would look like furnished.
