Not sure I understand the situation.

I don't mind renting to lower income people and I don't mind if the neighborhood is all one ethnicity.

Good morning all,I’m a landlord in New York City and would like to know how to move forward if tenants are damaging the apartment.As the landlord, I understand that if the stove stops working I have to get it repaired or changed but what if the damage isn’t natural?

Unfortunately, this contractor failed to obtain the necessary final inspections for the job and has since left for Europe, leaving the project unfinished.I understand that this contractor has also left multiple other homeowners in our community in a similar predicament.

It's awesome that more people are planning ahead and booking their stays, which is a great sign for the industry.

Besides looking at the BP forums, I would look at any local meetups and see who people are using.

I would also stay away from people just starting out, its hard being a 1/2 person operation with a low unit count.Best of luck!

One of the first things we say to them is that "We only want to buy if you want to sell" People are coming to us to solve their problem and they've decided well ahead of time that selling the home solves their issue.

While I understand that current CAP rates have not necessarily adjusted to the new interest rates, which might be some of the issues.
