I can also use a title company to complete the paperwork. 

The closing attorney probably needs to do a title search, title insurance, transfer of deed, taxes and prepare closing paperwork, etc. etc. ?  

I also really don't want them on the deed/title as I'd likely have to go through this again to get them off said deed/titles.  

I need to know of a recommendable Title Company in the area who is willing to work with wholesalers.

I tried to google this over and over but cannot find anything that is tailored for an agent and that has the time frames that need to be followed and what documents that I need to take to each meeting with the clients, the title company etc... 

Also about 10 houses away from you there is basically an identical house with slightly higher finishes in the kitchen for $195 less per month.

Can i refinance in my name  then transfer title to llc?

I'm brand new to real estate and reading up on the general transactions of property purchasing & selling, but it seems that there are non-physical pitfalls such as liens, titles, and possibly others.
