Can i purchase in cash refinance in my name then transfer to llc?
I'm purchasing a property off roofstock so there is a tenant in place. Can i refinance in my name then transfer title to llc?

If you want to risk the due on sale clause you can. Talk to your lender and see what they'll allow you to do if you want to stay within their guidelines. My guess is that they'd want to lend to the LLC with a personal guarantee from you.
