Hi AllI'm on my neighborhood association's problem properties community and we are tracking a large property in Kansas City, owned and managed by an out-of-state investor, who is delinquent on taxes and has multiple housing and health code violations.

The house is tenant occupied, so I have not been inside to see the house.

I'm currently exploring different housing platforms that offer a more personalized experience compared to the usual big names like Airbnb and VRBO.

My house is paid off but I’m at a dead end job and would really like to start building more wealth.
