The caveat here is that I do need to paint the doors and it'd be better to match the color to the future color of the property.All that said, I've had no problem finding tenants and get plenty of applications around market rent.

I had recently before the pandemic bought my first home rural on 5 acres in a flood zone for $212 (it has appreciated) Had no idea what I was doing an because of that I overpaid and some features in the house like HVAC and pool has never  function properly but it passed the inspection and I even pd extra for the pool to be inspected. so I literally bought the house and then  began traveling as nurse so I'm never  there.

So with the 90% Disability we (lenders) are not going to be able to approve you for $500K,  I was able to approve 100% Disabled vet for approx $440K  on disability, the highest I ever did, due to he had NO Debt and VA was his only income and % was at all time Low.Now what you can do is team up with another Veteran and be able to take down a multi unit, 1-4 with a VA loan.Why can't you do some remote work ?

If you just lied on your mortgage application and had no intention of living there, that is another issue and I would be much more cautious.

Stopped working on our network and they had no idea why. 

I have sent email to the window company to fix the issue but had no luck.

The Court stated that without such provision in the lease the landlord would have been required to follow the statutory process.The lease between the landlord and tenant in the case sub judice had no provision which would have allowed the landlord to regain possession without notice and hearing.

Sometimes they said that the tenants didnt pay but I had no proof of that.

It had no boarded up houses or graffitti like you may have had in Jersey.
