Hopefully in university you're studying a skilled trade, engineering or a skilled based degree with an actual job attached to it.

And I also have concerns with the current situation of working from home and the overall global trend toward remote working due to the pandemic.

Austin's got a diversified economy, a giant university (and numerous other nearby universities), good quality of life, and is a magnet for new and existing companies.
