What kinds of loans am I looking to get as a student in college?
I am a student starting college at the University of South Florida in Tampa. I am looking for a house to do some remodeling work on first before I house hack it. What kind of loans/rates am I looking to get with 20% down? I don’t have 2 years of taxes and I am 18 so I don’t have much credit history which is why it would be difficult for me to get a loan through the bank. I currently know a private money lender that lends at 8% interest with 20% down. If anyone knows any lenders that would fit my situation please let me know. Thanks in advance.
