I have a stager in the Carolinas, she is the best makes everything way easier and does all the furnishing etc. 

I won't be able to travel there to furnish it.

It's fully furnished and in an HOA, so I want to make sure I have some type of agreement in place.

With that being said, throwing a property on Furnished Finder and crossing your fingers won't work for a lot of operators.
