What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

is the second deal I have made of this kind, and for my final client is a win as well, so win win

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

walking for a dollar, looking for opportunity in the area

How did you finance this deal?

own money and loan

How did you add value to the deal?

Design, Architecture and business ready

What was the outcome?

It has been an amazing extra income

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Well, we grow our knowledge exponentialy from the last deal, If I had to say something, perhaps asking for less money from the bank so our mortgage rate gets lower

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
