agent broker same diff to me.. my point was you have some working knowledge of the industry before you hopped into one of the more complicated transactions.. and not that they are complicated just a lot of moving parts and other things one must look out for when launching into it.I look at it like flying.If I hopped into a trainer plane the check list is maybe 5 items... just like buying a rental house.When I hop into my current plane the check list is not one but 4 distinct check lists and 4 to 8 items on each one, plus the post take off check list, the level in flight check list, the pre decent check list,  the pre landing check list and the short final check list.

there is no justification necessary... its commission income so you only get paid for success... just ask anyone who has done this for years. and has had sale fails at the very end of the transaction.. they get squat bubkis nothing... so it kind of all averages out.Also think of the legal professionI can hire an attorney in Mississippi for 225 and hour  topflight.. top flight attornies in Portland are 425 to 600... and I assume bay area the same... how do they justify it.. the market justify's it.So if people wanted to revolt and not list for the higher commissions its certainly there prerogative...

If this was a great idea, then the airlines wouldn't be charging baggage fees and everything else they can to strip the ticket price to the lowest possible.
