As someone previously mentioned I am a buy adn hold multi family investor.Actually my favorite properties are the small 2 families or the Mother/Daughters that give yo uthe single family feel on 1st fl and then you have a small apt. above.I invest in Union county but am not opposed to other placaes.kind regards,Chris
