I live in VA.Enter Bigger Pockets: I literally stumbled on the BP site a few months ago and though I want to get into the REI game, she is actually in it, so I told her to check out the website and that she could fill the apartment herself using info we learn from BP, and I could help her, remotely, from VA.What I have done: I have followed all of the suggestions regarding tenant screening and had two showings to qualified parties, neither of whom followed through with process.  

Coincidently I was on the exact same Course's website just about to hit the purchase button when I decided to go to BP to see if there were any references for the course material and found his post.  

But on the POF letter theres contact info with an office address and web site.

Is there a web site or even a tool on Bigger Pockets to be able to figure that out?

My husband and I have been listening to BP podcast's for a year or two but are finally get involved on the website (forums, blogs, etc.).

They have a website and can be reached by email  They handle everything with my vacation rental and do a great job with it.  

I recommend the podcasts and the free books (both under the Learn tab up top on the website).

I've read that you can find leads on local tax assesors websites, probate and inherited properties accessible to the public at probate court offices, or work with an agent who has access to expired listings from MLS.
