He's efficient.

At some point in the late 1980's everything switched to 2x6 construction which increased the insulation thickness and energy efficiency of the houses after that point.

I just recently purchased my first investment property in 49504, and it has turned out to be a very efficient location for me.

Don't get me wrong, I hate turning over properties Dec-Feb as well but I don't think we as landlords are THAT efficient are we? 

More energy efficient, better set up to my work needs.

Maybe I've been spending too much time around my pessimistic father-in-law and his thought processes have started to rub off on me but the push to end people buying houses and move them to renting just rubs me wrong.I am a member of one of the younger generations in the workplace.

But if you are self motivated and can spend a lot of hours on your degree then you can get it done fast and then have more leverage in the work place to get a better job or be more qualified for the job you want. 

I currently am taking up wholesaling driving for dollars and slowly learning to skip trace more efficiently on the weekends and making cold calls during my lunch break at work.

cirrus is fast efficient  and way cool.
