Now that I have your ear, I'll take the liberty of doing 2 things (1) compliment you, very nice work, and (2) mention a problem that I see from my own perspective.

It's a lake house just an ear-shot from the lake, yet the neighbors call that neighborhood the "hood", even though the area is nice, clean and has no real crime.

I act as their eyes and ears and let them know of any concerns I see, overseeing and work that needs to be done, etc.

I need to figure out another way to raise some investment capital so if anyone has any great ideas I'm all ears.
