Many people will lend on real estate and most title companies can write up the documents. 

Bad news they have not started to process the deeds from September auctions yet.

Some may be ok with properties like this as the comparison would be that the fees cover roof, common grounds, exterior insurance but regardless, I look at it as eating away any kind of return.As others stated, you would do well to get the documents and P&L if you can to see just where the money is being spent and what they cover.Good Luck!

They have had the document from March and now it is September and it is not recorded!

She does not have any documentation on the mortgage, but I show the mortgage in 2004 for $74k and the last assignment being in 2013.I show 4 years of tax liens held by various investors totaling about $5k before interest, also a water lien and code violations.

I cannot attend closing and the Title company I am working with does not permit the closing documents to be signed electronically.I need a Title/Escrow Company, Licensed Remote Closer, Or Attorney to fulfill my obligations on closing these two homes. 

Either way, you want to maintain distance and use your resources to document the harassment.Yes police report, yes encourage neighbors to look out, but don't directly talk with former tenant.
