Need Title/Escrow Company, Licensed Remote Closer, Or Attorney
I am located in Groton. I recently purchased two homes out of state and am in the process of closing. I cannot attend closing and the Title company I am working with does not permit the closing documents to be signed electronically.
I need a Title/Escrow Company, Licensed Remote Closer, Or Attorney to fulfill my obligations on closing these two homes.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
