Someone posted a story about that on BP where a tenant moved out and then claimed her credit card was stolen and the landlord was out several months' rent.There are horror stories in every aspect of real estate. 

I would recommend making a list of all the aspects important to the acquisition of the property and the management of the property. 

It is very detailed and covers every aspect of the process.

You just need one or two, something you can build on.So definately you do want to try to rank #1 locally but you need to make it a more narrow keyword search.

There are many different aspects that touch on real estate.

@Carla Sutherland the absolute best thing to do is to set up and LLC and have a clearly defined operating agreement, written by an attorney.

And as you proceed more and more, you collect all these "solved issues" and that will define your knowledge.Now remember what I said: just focus on the first step?

I would also love to hearing more details on the terms of the owner financing aspect of the deal.
