We haven't had many squatter issues in KC with the exception of people drilling out our locks and then putting up fake ads and falsely renting to someone (real cheap, no background check, move in the same day type thing).

After writing this, im going to check with my local recorders office to see if the property is even registered with them.

When you are inheriting tenants, you have no idea what kind of background check was done on them.

When it comes to buying windows for your house flip, you might want to consider checking out local home improvement stores or even online retailers for a wide selection.

It's easier (and cheaper) to use that along with spot checking my rates.  

So yeah, that was a tough year to write a big check for a piece of paper!
