Cirilo Favela BRRRR taking title under Llc or personal name and refinancing?

I own some property and I am having trouble doing the BRRRR strategy due to owning them under a Llc I have heard of others taking title under personal name and then once they refinance quit claim deed property to Llc but not sure if this would work any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.
