Can you explain what the benefit is to a property owner to have a literal stranger sublet their house to a whole bunch of other strangers and pocket the difference in rent?

We currently have StayFi on 27 homes and we hired a marketing company that does monthly email newsletter campaigns.

Most are looking for contracts to use/the best contract terms to include and also identifying investor-friendly title companies in the areas they are trying to work. 

Keep in mind, depending on the lenders requirements, insurance companies have to protect themselves.

This might be something to consider, because the tenants might feel a bit pressured if the lease stated something differently. 

Sometimes you can also finance a roof through the company doing it.

5 years makes a difference than 5 days. 

The management company that I use insures tenants that they place that meet this criterion (also a minimum credit score, etc.).
