My cabinet supplier had some neat software that let him design my kitchen in a simple 2D top view layout and then generate a 3D model.

They do not cost a whole bunch more than the baseline models and they will help you hit that high appraisal.

If the buyer had to verify every product description then the whole eCommerce model won't work. 

Instead, model the future values for a list of separate properties, each with its own assumptions and in its own row.
