Have you integrated some kind of Phone App to field tenant work requests, accept rent payments, etc.  

I finally came across Brandon Turner on YouTube and have listened to many of his tips which led me here to BiggerPockets.com.  

There seems to be an interest of meeting in person in our area, and maybe we'll have to put a beer and apps night together at one of the pubs here and get a big table.
