Being that you only have 1 property, hiring a bookkeeper is not needed. digb is a great and affordable option to track your investment.

The city is home to many Fortune 500 companie, growing population, and it still remains an affordable housing market, especially compared to Massachusetts.

Note to self:  Only buy notes in the future from someone who has a professional servicer servicing the note.The borrower turned out to be 8 months late.

Your service alone for your Country is a great conversation to have with a seller/sellers agent.Make sure you Bank/Lender is also offering a loan commitment and not a "generic" pre-approval letter it can make a huge difference.* One thing to keep in mind if the seller knows it will not pass an inspection/Appraisal they may not want to accept VA if they know it will be "Subject to" or fail due to an issue.

I'd like it to be affordable, and I do plan on expanding.
