Yeah sure the degree is worthless, but the HR lady doesn't think so, hence why I email it to the guys that know it's not a make it or break it type of thing if I don't have one. 

BTW- some lady purchased a $200K property today at the sale for $15K.

They're cheap, so I wasn't expecting roses here, but I was told they were in good shape, one specifically was "a great house" and the inspection is showing otherwise. 

There is trash everywhere on the property and the "office" is an attached to a mobile home where the lady keeps small dogs and the smell of pee and poop is stagnant.  

When the time is right to sell, your excuse is the home value rose so much it was dumb not to sell as early as you did.If you're a veteran you can look into VA lending or if the property is in the rural area, look into USDA.

They told us that the lady had been using kerosene space heaters and that she had severe carbon monoxide poisoning and was unresponsive when they took her out of the home.  

An aunt of mine in Salinas, CA went through a very similar situation but instead of a family, w/a slightly crazed older lady.

Look at the facts without the rose (or green) colored glasses and base your decisions on facts and leave emotion out of the equasion.  

The lady does not own the property but is handling the probate of her deceased niece.
