Hi ladies and gents, My name is Robert Sosa, I am 34 with a wife and 4 kids. I am currently the Warehouse Forman at an Exhibit Company in New Jersey. My wife Jen is an instructional aid at my children's school. We are doing OK but can be alot better. This is why Real Estate Investing caught my attention and I found BP. 

I am new in Real Estate (Wholesaling) and looking to start with HUD homes in the Burlington, Mercer, Camden Counties of New Jersey. I have my transactional funding but not to knowledgeable about the whole double closing and process. If anyone has and tips, tricks, investor friendly realtors, title company's and/or attorneys in my area that you can recommend please let me know.
