I am located close to Tulsa and just getting started and need to find a good multi family real estate lawyer anyone have any recommendations? 

I did have a family emergency that took me out of office unexpectedly, and caused me to lack follow up for a couple weeks. 

It helps to have a conversation with a lender in advance (if you are serious...don't waste anyones time) to explain your situation and see if there are any red flags.For single family or 4 units and under a pre approval is also not needed but does go along way. 

I bought a 2 family back in 2022 I rented out the first side right away and then fixed the other side over the next year.

Transitioning from single-family residences to multifamily properties, particularly those with 2-4 units, is likely to result in a better cash-on-cash return, provided they are acquired at the right price.

Unless your triplex has bigger units with families, it would not be worth it for a financial investment.

People are moving to North Port because of its lower-than-average crime rate, Peaceful neighborhoods and It is safer than the majority of the country and is in the 78th percentile for safety, making it a terrific choice for families.
